Three squares are joined together as shown in the given figure. Their sides are 4cm, 10cm and 3cm. Then the perimeter of the figure is 54 cm.
Given figure is,
Question ImageFrom figure sides of three squares are:
1)     4cm
2)     10cm
3)     3 cm.
Question ImageAdding all the outer sides will give us the total perimeter of the figure.
∴ Total perimeter of the given square = Sum of all outer sides of the figure.
= 4 + 4 + 4 + 6 + 10 + 7 + 3 + 3 + 3 + 10
= 54
Hence, the perimeter is 54cm.
