$1 = \frac{1}{R_{1}} + \frac{1}{R_{2}} + \frac{1}{R_{3}}$

$\frac{R_{1}}{R_{2}} = \frac{1}{2} \Rightarrow R_{2} = 2 R_{1}$ (Given)

$1 = \frac{3}{R_{2}} + \frac{1}{R_{3}}$

$\frac{R_{2} - 3}{R_{2}} = \frac{1}{R_{3}}$

$R_{3} = \frac{R_{2}}{R_{2} - 3}$
