Detailed Solution

A parent's property is inherited by their children and is not an exercise of Fundamental Rights. The property right is a constitutional one, but it is not a Fundamental Right. The original Constitution listed the right to property ownership as a fundamental right. The 44th Amendment to the Constitution removed the right to property as a fundamental right and replaced it with a new article, Article 300-A, which makes it a constitutional right. It is not a fundamental right to be able to inherit property from one's parents. Children cannot initiate a lawsuit if their parents deny them property.
