Tsunamis are caused when there is some kind of movement in the ocean floor due to earthquakes. Tsunami waves are very dangerous, sometimes their height is more than 100 feet. The place around the sea was caused a lot of destruction by the tsunami and there is a lot of loss to the people. An earthquake with a speed over 7.0 cause a tsunami.
