Twelve light rods are hinged to each other as shown in the arrangement in the figure geometrically resembling in three rhombuses of sides in the ratio 3:2:1. Hinge A is fixed to a vertical wall while hinge B is connected to centre of an oscillating disc (amplitude of center=A) of mass m by a light rod. The disc is connected to two identical springs of spring constant k each. Friction between disc and horizontal surface in its contact is sufficient to prevent slipping  of the disc. It is given that, A=0.2 mm, m=13kg ,k=90N/m,θ=450 (when the disc is at mean position).
