Detailed Solution

Given, two adjacent angles of a rhombus are 3x - 40° and 2x + 20°.
Sum of adjacent angles of a rhombus is 180°.
⇒ 3x - 40 + 2x + 20 = 180°
⇒ 5x = 200°
⇒ x = 40°
3x - 40° = 3(40) - 40 = 80°
2x + 20 = 2(40) + 20 = 100°
The greater angle is 100°.
So, option 2 is correct.
