T2=2πI1+I2m1+m2BHm1=2m,m2=mT2=2πI1+I2(3m)BH. (i) 

When the polarity of magnet is reversed, time period of oscillation T2 is given by

T2=2πI1+I2m1m2BHT2=2πI1+I2mBH(ii)

On comparing Eqs. (i) and (ii), we get T1 < T2
