When the spring attains its naturl length,velocity of m is v1 and that of 2m is v2.

12k12  =12×1×v12+12×2×v22

and 1×v1 = 2 v2

 v2= 1 m/s left and v1= 2 m/s (right)

Therefore  maximum velocity of m becomes 2+1=3 m/s and minimum velocity of 2m becomes =1-1=0
