$Resistance of the resistor R = \frac{V^{2}}{P} = \frac{220^{2}}{320}$

When these are connected in series, voltage across each other

$V_{s} = \frac{110}{2} = 55$

power generated in each resistor $P_{s} = \frac{V_{s}^{2}}{R}$

$\Rightarrow P_{S} = \frac{55^{2}}{\frac{220^{2}}{320}} = \frac{320}{4^{2}} = 20 W$
