Detailed Solution

We know that:

Specific resistance, ρ=1 Specific conductance (K)

For substance A : ρ=1K

                            =14.7×104ohmcm

                                    =2127.66 ohm cm

For substance B: ρ=1K

                               =13.5×102ohmcm=28.57 ohm cm

Since the substance A offers more resistance (2127.66 ohm cm) than B, it is a weaker electrolyte and has less conductance. So, B is a stronger electrolyte.
