The given sides of the isosceles triangle are:
a = 13cm, b = 13cm and let, c = x cm.
Also, the perimeter of the triangle = 36 cm
a+b+c=36
13+13+x=36
26+x=36
x=36-26
x=10cm
The sides are a=13cm, b=13cm  c=10cm.
Now, semi-perimeter, s = a+b+c2=13+13+102=362=18cm.
By Heron’s Formula, Area of triangle = S(sa)(sb)(sc)  .
