u = Velocity of train relative to the surface of earth.

 V = Absolute velocity of train relative to centre of earth.

$\therefore$V_A = $\mathrm{u}-\mathrm{R\omega }$

V_B = $\mathrm{u}+\mathrm{R\omega }$

V_A < V_B
