Two positive charges separated  by a distance 2 m each other with a force of 0.36 N. If the combined charge is 26$\mu C$, these charges are

$0.36=9\times {10}^{11}\frac{q_1{q}_2}{4}$

$q_1{q}_2=16\times {10}^{-11},q_1+q_2=26\times {10}^{-6}c$

we know that

${(q_1-q_2)}^2={(q_1+q_2)}^2-4q_1{q}_2$

${(q_1-q_2)}^2=676\times {10}^{-12}-64\times {10}^{-11}$

${(q_1-q_2)}^2=36\times {10}^{-12}$

$\Rightarrow q_1-q_2=6\times {10}^{-6},q_1+q_2=26\times {10}^{-6}$

$\therefore q_1=16\mu C$

$q_2=6\mu C$
