Since, Cl group attached to benzene is ortho and para directed, it forms ortho and para-chloronitrobenzene as products in electrophilic substitution reaction of chlorobenzene. Between them, p-chloronitrobenzene is the major product because ortho is disfavored due to inductive effect and steric hindrance. 

Chlorobenzene undergoes nitration more slowly than benzene because of -I effect of Cl group.
