Let's say first student received x marks.
So, the second student received x+9 in marks.
Now, the marks of second student is 56% of sum of both.

x + 9 = \frac{56}{100} (x + 9 + x)

25 (x + 9) = 14 (2 x + 9)

3 x = 99

x = 33

So, the marks of second student,

x + 9

= 33 + 9

= 42

Hence, marks of the students are 42 and 33.
Correct option is 4.
