Since the two wires are made of the same material, resistivity ρ is the same for wires 1 and 2. 

R1=ρ2Lπr2 and R2=ρLπ2r2

Since the current I is the same in wires 1 and 2 (as they are in series). 

V1=IR1  and V2=IR2   V1V2=R1R2=8 

Powers in wires are P 1 = I2 R1 and I2 R2. So
