            , are given by the following equation:

k0 = A02 × t1/2[where A0 = initial concetration, and t1/2 = shalf  life period]

and k1 = 0.693t1/2        

  Substituting various given values, we get

   k0 = 1.386 mol litre-12 × 20 sec...(i)

  and k1 = 0.69340 sec...(ii)

Dividing (ii) by (i), we get

k1k0 = 0.69340 × 2 × 201.386 mol dm-3 = 0.6931.386 = 0.5

= 0.5 mol-1dm3
