The Ogive Graph or cumulative frequency graphs are used to calculate the median of a set of data.

We can easily find the median value if both the less than and greater than cumulative frequency curves are drawn on the same graph.

Now, we are going to form less than frequency table:

 We have on x- axis = weight of students and on y-axis= number of students.

$N=30$ Then,$\frac{30}{2}=15$

 Now, we are going to draw a horizontal line from 15 at y-axis, then the point at which it touches curve from there we are going to draw vertical line to the x-axis.

The point at which it touches x-axis is median.
