Vitamins are the organic substances that are essential for the functioning of a human body. Only small quantity of vitamin is sufficient for the proper functioning of a body. Each vitamin has certain roles, some of them required for the child growth, some of them required for the growth of bones, some of them required for hair growth and so on.

A healthy human body is the one that has no deficiency of any vitamins.
