Concept: Water is called the ‘ universal detergent ’ because it's able to dissolve further substances than any other liquid. It's one of the important things which all living effects depend upon.

Water motes have a polar arrangement of oxygen and hydrogen titles — one side( hydrogen) has a positive electrical charge and the other side( oxygen) has a negative charge. 

This allows the water patch to come attracted to numerous other different types of motes.
