        Pradhan Mantri Gramin Awaas Yojana is a social welfare programme, launched by the Government of India. Its objective is to provide housing to the rural poor people of the country.
        National food for work is a scheme that is built on the food for work concept. This programme was launched in 2004 and is open to all Indian poor who are ready to do manual unskilled labour work and are in the need of wage employment. It is a centrally-sponsored scheme under which food grains are provided to the States free of cost.
        The National Social Assistance Programme (NSAP) is a Scheme that gives financial assistance to the elderly, widows and persons with disabilities in India in the form of social pensions. This scheme is administered by the Ministry of Rural Development. And it is fully funded by the Central Government.
