What are the biological transducers that convert energy from both external and internal environments into electrical impulses called?

Concept: Specialised organs conforming to sensitive cells that respond to the external stimulants to convey impulses to the sensitive system of the body are known to be sense organs. Sense organs play an important part in a variety of functions and help in perceiving our surroundings. 

These are an integral part of our bodies that enable us to smell the terrain around us. Sense organs and their receptors detect multitudinous stimulants that are also transmitted to the brain. 

Primarily five sensitive organs or sense organs names are present Ears, Eyes, Nose, Tongue and Skin.
