Being prepared with your documents is crucial to avoid last-minute panic. You will need both soft copies for uploading during registration and original copies for physical verification at the allotted college.

• NEET 2024 Admit Card
• NEET 2024 Scorecard/Rank Letter
• Class 10 Certificate and Marksheet (as proof of date of birth)
• Class 12 Certificate and Marksheet
• A valid, government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID)
• 8-10 passport-sized photographs (preferably the same one used on the application form)
• Provisional Allotment Letter (downloaded after a seat is allotted)
• Category Certificate (if applicable):
• OBC-NCL certificate issued on or after the date specified by NTA/MCC.
