It consists of gram sabha and panchs. A district panchayat is at the district level. It is also known as Zila Parishad. He is the head of the Panchayat Samiti. A panchayat Samiti is at the block level. It is also called a janpad panchayat. Panchayat Samiti regulates the working of the gram panchayat. And the further work of Panchayat Samiti is maintained by Zila Parishad. It also distributes money and manages Gram Sabha and Janpad Panchayat's development plans.
