What causes obesity?

Malnourishment causes obesity. Malnourishment means a lack of important essential nutrients in a person's body. A person starts becoming obese when he /she does not consume food with essential nutrients, only consumes fat and carbohydrate-rich food. And then the person makes the mistake of not expending the energy produced by the latter food. So they are stored as excess fat in the body and he or she starts suffering from obesity.
