Detailed Solution

Crimes against peace, war crimes, and crimes against humanity were the three crimes listed in the Nuremberg Charter as being subject to International Military Tribunal prosecution. The Charter recognised "participation in a common plot or conspiracy" to commit crimes against peace as one of the crimes against peace. German doctors and businessmen were tried for their roles in crimes proven before the International Military Tribunal, including the persecution and mass murder of Jews and the murder of people with physical and mental disabilities in the Euthanasia Program. Government officials, military leaders, Secret Service and Police members were also tried for their roles in the crimes.
