What do the 4Rs in waste management stand for?

4R means Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Recover. Reduce means to use the resources present in the environment in such a way that they do not harm the environment and are not wasted. Reuse means to use things as much as possible, such as using the polythene bag again and again, instead of throwing it. Recycling means processing and transforming things and getting that thing again like paper is recycled. Recover means choosing an option that is secure and eco-friendly such as using cloth bags instead of plastic bags.
