What do we call those organisms who depend on the producers either directly or indirectly for their sustenance?

The organisms which directly or indirectly derive their food from producers are called consumers. They consume the food produced, either directly from producers or indirectly by feeding on other consumers. 

Consumers are variously classified as herbivores, carnivores, omnivores, and parasites.
