What does disease-free means?

Disease-free is that condition in which a person is not suffering from any disease i.e. in other words a person is free from every kind of disease, we cannot call such a person without any disease a healthy person because being healthy and being disease free are two different conditions because in disease free person Mental, physical and social may not be healthy but a healthy person is considered when he is mentally, physically, socially and emotionally healthy.
