Detailed Solution

Hosay refers to the Indo-Caribbean.
Indentured labour was contract labour for a fixed period in which the labourers worked without any wages to pay off their travel to new nations. In this context, Indians went to many countries, such as the Caribbean, Malay, etc., as indentured labour. The labourers from different regions with great diversities got along with each other. Hosay was a riotous carnival in the Trinidad of Caribbean regions that comprised the mixed Indo-Caribbean ethnicity. The annual procession of Muharram was transformed into Hosay in remembrance of Imam Hussain. It was joined by people of all races and religions, reflecting the cultural fusion.
