Detailed Solution

A coalition government in which Political Parties cooperate to form a government, in an arrangement where no single party has achieved an absolute majority, and other parties agree to work together.
The coalition government is a unique form of government under which when no party can get a majority in elections, it runs the government by allying with another party. The coalition government in India was widely practised after 1990. There are many advantages as well as many disadvantages to the coalition government, if we talk about the pros, we can see that there is no need to hold elections again and again in the country, all together run the government without any controversy and if we talk about its cons so due to lack of coordination governments that form coalitions tend to break their coalitions prematurely, leading to re-elections and the loss of more money and time.
