What is chemical waste?

Chemical wastes are wastes that come under the category of hazardous wastes, if not disposed of appropriately, they can become harmful to the environment and the health of human beings. This waste can be solid, liquid, or any type of gas. This waste comes out from the factory, industries, and homes. For example, CFC, smoke from factories, and pesticides falling in crops are all chemicals by which the environment is greatly affected.
