What is soda water and what is its pH?

Soda water is water into which carbon dioxide gas has been dissolved under pressure, and its pH is slightly acidic, around 5 to 6.

Soda water is also called carbonated water. The dissolved CO₂ forms carbonic acid when mixed with water. This gives soda water its fizzy taste and slightly acidic nature.
