Detailed Solution

The difference between loudness and pitch is loudness depends upon amplitude and pitch depends upon frequency.
Another difference is that by loudness we can distinguish between loud sound and soft sound, and by pitch, we can recognise between high pitch and low pitch.
Loudness: Loudness is a property of sound by which one can easily distinguish between a soft sound and a loud sound i.e. noise. Sounds having different amplitudes have different types of loudness. So basically loudness depends upon amplitude.
Pitch: Pitch is a property of sound by which one can easily distinguish between a shrill (high-pitched sound)  and a flat (low-pitched). Sounds having different frequencies have different types of pitch. So basically pitch depends upon frequency.
