The movement that takes place in a sensitive plant is an immediate, involuntary action which is not dependent on any particular specialized tissue. This movement occurs due to the fluctuation on turgor pressure of the leaves of the plant.

But the movement in our legs is a voluntary action that takes place consciously and out of our own free will. We have some entire specialized organ systems for this. Our skeletal system, nervous system and muscles work together to make this movement possible.
