Given that the number of oscillations $=10$
$\mathit{Time}\mathit{ }\mathit{taken}=20\mathit{ seconds}$
As we know, the number of oscillations per second is frequency.

 Frequency =$\frac{\mathit{number}\mathit{ }\mathit{of}\mathit{ }os\mathit{cillations}}{\mathit{time}\mathit{ }\mathit{taken}}$
                       = $\frac{10}{20}$                  

                     $=0.5\mathit{Hz}$
Time period = $\frac{1}{\mathit{frequency}}$                   

                       $=\frac{1}{0.5s}$
                        $=2s$
