Detailed Solution

The height of the Qutub Minar is 72.5 m.
The Qutb Minar, also known as Qutub Minar or Qutab Minar, is a "victory tower" and minaret that is a component of the Qutb complex.  Qutub Minar is one of India's highest minarets, at 73 metres high. The Qutb complex is currently located in the Lal Kot walled city, which was constructed by the Tomar Rajputs and is the oldest of its sort in Delhi. It is located in the Mehrauli neighbourhood of South Delhi in India. The Qutb Minar is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Even though Qutab-ud-din Aibak, the first Muslim ruler of Delhi, only succeeded in finishing the basement of the Qutab Minar, it had already started to take shape when he began construction on it in 1200 AD. Iltutmush, his successor, added three more storeys, and Firoz Shah Tughlak, who took over in 1368, erected the final and fifth floor. This 12th-century minaret is the first Islamic structure in India to bear inscriptions in both Arabic and Brahmi.
