tRNA (or transfer RNA) is a single stranded RNA molecule, it  reads the genetic code  carried on mRNA by anticodon loop and brings corresponding amino acids to ribosomes . In ribosomes peptide bond formation takes place between amino acids and synthesizes polypeptide(protein ) during translation.
