The mass of  CaO produced if 100 g of CaCO3 is heated it produces 44 g of CO2 and it follows law of conversion of mass is 56 g
CaCO3 CaO + CO2
The law of conservation of mass said that, “the total mass of the reactants is equal to the total mass of the products.”
⇒Therefore,

The total mass of the reactant = total mass of the product

⇒Here, mass of  CaCO3 = 100 g
⇒ mass of CO2 = 44 g
In this reaction,

mass of CaCO3 = Mass of CaO + Mass of CO2
⇒Therefore, the Mass of CaO is = 100 g - 44 g
                                                             = 56 g
So, if it follows the law of conversion of mass56 g CaO will be produced in this reaction.
