Detailed Solution

Given data: 6, 2, 5, 4, 3, 4, 4, 2, 3.
Arranging the data in ascending order,
2, 2, 3, 3, 4, 4, 4, 5, 6
As we know the median is the middle observation of the data set.
  median = 4
Also, the term in the data that occurs a maximum number of times is known as mode.
So, mode= 4.
Now as we know the arithmetic mean of a data is the sum of all observations divided by the total number of observations.
The formula to calculate the mean:
Mean = Sum of observations ÷ Number of observations
Applying the formula:
 Mean = Median+Mode 2
   Mean= 4+4 2 = 8 2 =4
So, the mean of its median and its mode is 4.
Hence, option 2 is correct.
