Detailed Solution

Kolkhoz referred to Communalfarm.
Due to severe grain shortages and outdated industrial practices, Stalin launched the collectivisation program. A farmer was required to work on a Kolkhoz, or communal farm, by this program. Harsh punishment, including several deportations and exiles, was the outcome of resistance to the collectivisation plan. Farmers were compelled to grow on community farms. The community farms received a substantial amount of property and machinery. The peasants who worked the land received a percentage of the "Kolkhoz" profits. Stalin started the collectivisation initiative. This plan allowed a large farm to be created by many peasants with small holdings. All vital collectivised farms were farmed by the farmers using a pooled collection of equipment. The farmers shared the profits from the farms among themselves.
