We have been given an angle whose seven times its complement is 10 °   less than three times its supplement.
Complementary angles are a pair of angles whose total is equal to 90°  and supplementary angles are a pair of angles whose total is equal to 180°  .
Let the angle to be x and its complement as 90 0 −x   and supplement as 180 0 −x  .
According to given condition,
7(90°-x)=3(180°-x)-10°
