\sec (90 - θ) - cosec θ

… (1)
The value of

θ

is zero since we have,

cosec n π = 1 sin n π = 10

which is undefined, and also,

sec (90 − n π) = 1 cos (90 − n π) = 1 sin n π = 10

which is undefined.
Substitute

sec θ = 1 cos θ

and

cosec θ = 1 sin θ

in the equation (1), we get

x = 1 cos (90 − θ) − 1 sin θ

Substitute the equation

cos (90 − θ) = sin θ

in the above equation, we get

x = 1 sin θ − 1 sin θ

Substitute the equation

1 sin θ = cos e c θ

in the above equation, we get

x = cos e c θ − cos e c θ x = 0, θ ≠ n π
