The voters' list is also known as an Electoral Roll.
A list of those eligible to vote is compiled well before a democratic election and published, officially known as the Electoral Roll and colloquially known as the Voters' List. A voter list is a comprehensive list of all eligible and registered voters in a certain election. The voter list also contains the information needed to identify voters and allocate them to a specific electoral district and polling site. Every year, the voter registration list is updated with the names of people who turned 18 years old after January 1st or moved into a new constituency. Also, the names of persons who have died or moved out of their constituency are removed from the list.
