What should I do if I forgot my Application Number or Password?

It's common to misplace login details during this stressful time. The NTA provides a simple and secure recovery process directly on the login portal.

If you forgot your Application Number:

1. Go to the NEET 2025 candidate login page.
2. Click on the "Forgot Application Number?" link.
3. You will be taken to a recovery page where you'll need to enter the following information to verify your identity:
• Your Full Name
• Father's Name
• Mother's Name
• Date of Birth
• The security pin displayed on the screen.
4. After submitting these details, your Application Number will be displayed on the screen. Note it down securely.

While a password is not typically used for checking the result (it's Application Number + Date of Birth), if you need to recover a password for other login purposes on the NTA portal, there is usually a "Forgot Password?" link. This process involves answering a security question you set during registration or receiving a verification code on your registered mobile number or email address. Always ensure you have access to the email and phone number you used during registration.
