Detailed Solution

A'la Azad Abul Muzaffar Shahab ud-Din Mohammad Shah Jahan, commonly known as Prince Khurram, was the Mughal emperor of India (1628–58) who constructed the Taj Mahal.
He was born on January 5, 1592, in Lahore, and died on January 22, 1666, in Agra. He was the third child of Rajput princess Manmati and Mughal emperor Jahangir. He wed Arjumand Banu Begum in 1612 and, as Prince Khurram, joined the powerful Nur Jahan clique during the middle of Jahangir's reign. Arjmand Bn Begum was the niece of Jahangir's wife, Nur Jahn. Khurram rebelled in 1622 because he wanted to take the throne. He unsuccessfully wandered the empire until 1625, when he was at peace with Jahangir.
