Detailed Solution

The basic objective of selling penny Chapbooks in England was that Poor people could purchase them. In England, inexpensive books were called "Chapbooks," and in France, they were called "Bibliotheque Bleue." Even the impoverished could afford the penny "Chapbooks," peddled by peddlers known as "chapters" for one cent. They were inexpensive little books made on subpar paper in France. They were four-to-six-page books focused on historical fiction and romance to attract young readers. They comprised printed materials, including poetry, children's books, folktales, religious tracts, nursery rhymes, and more in England. At the time of the 17th-century print revolution, they gained popularity as even the poor population could afford them.
