Detailed Solution

The main intention behind the ‘Treaty of Vienna of 1815’ was to restore monarchies.
The Treaty of Vienna, which was signed in 1815, aimed to reverse the majority of the transformations that had occurred in Europe as a result of the Napoleonic Wars. The Bourbon family, which had been overthrown during the French Revolution, was reinstated, and France forfeited the lands that Napoleon had seized.
The allied powers, Austria, Great Britain, Prussia, and Russia officially agreed to draft a solution for Europe in the Treaty of Vienna of 1815. The fundamental objective of this treaty was to reverse all of the transformations that the Napoleonic Wars had brought about in Europe. Thus, the Treaty of Vienna intended to restore monarchies.
