Detailed Solution

If there had been only one eye to man,  the visible region would have been decreased and the image would not have formed three dimensional.
Human has got depth-perception and ability to perceive  structure of  objects in 3-dimensions by birth. Our eyes possess the power of accommodation, this is ability of human eye-lens help to modify itself to some extent to adjust its focal length to see distant and nearby objects. Eyes has binocular vision(stereoscopic) which means the two eyes forms separate images to provide depth of perception and 3-dimensional structure in brain. If there had been only one eye, it could provide less visible region and also one eye could not see in depth.  Therefore the 3-dimensional image would not have formed.
