Percentage formula: the total value divides the  Percentage value then the  multiply with 100.
Given as we know, the total value is 500, and for find the 10% of 15%  of  20%  of  500 firstly we have to find the 20% of 500
20% of 500 =
20 100 ×500=Rs.100  
Then, 15% of 20% of 500,
15 100 ×100=Rs.15  
Now, 10% of 15% of 20% of 500
10 100 ×15=Rs.1.50  
Hence, the correct option is 3) Rs. 1.50
